No time to plan, buy, set up, and break down a luxury sleepover party? Worried about storing party decor?
This is where Fort Explorers comes into play!
We deliver themed slumber parties, set up, and pick up when the party is over the next day! There’s no need to lift a finger aside from opening the door when we arrive.
What to expect:
- Our slumber party team is licensed and insured and made up of 1-2 people per setup.
- Depending on the number of tents, location of setup, and add-ons, setup time can take between 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Our team returns the following day at an agreed-upon time to break down and pack everything away. This can take between 10 to 30 minutes.
What's Included?
Each tent setup includes the following:
- Wood A-frame tent, Lace, or Striped Teepee
- Fairly lights
- Mattress (standard air twin, slim air twin, and slim foam based on availability and space)
- Sheet & Throw Blanket
- 2-3 Decorative Pillows
- Garland or Bunting
- Breakfast Tray
- Lantern with LED Tealight
- Personalized Eye Mask
- Personalized Name Sign
- Another party favor (ex: glasses, bag, hat or another themed item)
Price
Slumber Party for 3 is $250. Add additional tents for $75 each.
- The price does not include the $50 refundable retainer or travel fees (if applicable) but will be reflected on the invoice.
Travel Fees
We offer services from Southern Kentucky to Middle Tennessee. Delivery is FREE within Clarksville, Tennessee. See below chart for fee to travel from zip code 37043.
