Fort Explorers offers unique celebration options for children in the comfort and safety of your home. We provide a fuss-free experience by delivering, styling, and collecting when the party’s over.

Service is available up to 60 miles from Clarksville, TN 37043. No travel fee for deliveries in Clarksville, TN. For locations outside of Clarksville, additional fees apply if travel exceeds 10 miles from zip code 37043. Minimum party hire cost may apply based on distance.

Fitted sheets and fleece blankets are provided for bedding. Sleeping pillows are not provided for hygienic reasons. Decorations include bunting/garland, decorative pillows, and lanterns. Check out our Add-Ons to make your slumber party extra-special!


Step 2. Choose the Theme

Choose from a variety of themes for your slumber party or outdoor glamping experience. Want a different theme? No problem! We can accommodate most custom theme requests.

Our indoor and outdoor picnics can be coordinated to your party theme’s colors. The table runner, linens, and floor cushions are selected for each party to provide a unique experience.

 


Step 3. Submit a Party Inquiry

Frequently Asked Questions

There is no delivery fee for addresses within Clarksville, TN. If located beyond Clarksville, there is no delivery fee up to 10 miles from zip code 37043 (one way). Each mile over this limit incurs an additional fee starting at $30. View details here.

We currently offer 2 through 18 tent rentals per customer. If you need more tents, reach out to us. We’ll try our best to accommodate.

We take the health and safety of your family and ours seriously. Our team wears gloves and masks when handling tents, bedding, and accessories. Bed linens are laundered using sanitizing detergent. All other items are cleaned with disinfecting wipes, spray, and/or steam cleaned. For the protection of our team, rental items are not touched for 24 hours after pick-up from a customer’s home.

Yes, we require a 50% or $150 deposit at the time of booking to secure your date and theme – 50% if booked less than 4 weeks from party date or $150 if booked more than 4 weeks out. Payment methods are ACH and major credit cards. The remaining balance is due no later than 2 days before the event date. For example, if reservation is for Friday, the invoice balance must be paid by end of day Wednesday.

An additional refundable damage deposit is included on the invoice and will be refunded within 3 days after the rental is picked up and items are cleared from damage. The damage deposit is $50 for indoor tent rentals and $100 for the outdoor bell tent rental. 

A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the party. For cancellations between 13 and 8 days prior to the party, any funds paid to-date can either be (1) applied to the cost of another party if held within 90 days or (2) refunded at 50%. No refund or future credit will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the party.

The damage deposit will be refunded if the invoice was paid in full and rental is cancelled.
